Description

(10) Track chart of the sledges James Fitzjames 10 March-19 April 1853 and John Dyer 5 May-9 June 1853, both of HMS Resolute, under the charge of William M Domville MD, Surgeon. The coast of Melville and Banks Islands and the position of HMS Resolute off Cape Dundas are also shown. Reference key to tracks of sledges. Scales: 1 inch to 9 miles. (11) is a copy lithographed by Day and Son.
