Reference table. Engraved by Avril Freères; lithographed by Chézaud and Fosset, 1 July 1862. Inset: 'Carte de la Basse Egypte [Map of Lower Egypt]': showing canals and railways. Endorsed: 'Map of Suez Canal July 1862'; and: 'In Acting [Crown] Agent and Consul General Saunders' [despatch] No.94 dated Alexandria November 12. 1862'.
