Malta: Valletta. Plan and section of a proposed breakwater at the entrance of the Grand Harbour. Soundings and the relative position of Monarch Reef are also shown. Scale: 1 inch to 60 feet. Compass star. Signed by [?W] Attard. Stamped in the office of the Superintending Civil Engineer, Malta, 23 October 1894 and originally enclosed in letter of that date.
