'Particular & valuation of an estate called Little St John's Wood' (in the area west of Blackstock Lane near Finsbury Park) by Abraham Purshouse Driver: (1) Letter of authority to survey; (2)-(4) instructions; (5), (7) -(12a) particular and valuation. (6) Plan of the estate, showing land plots in area west of the New River. Also shows adjacent occupiers. Title and a crown enclosed in oval cartouche. Scale: 1 inch to 4.5 chains. Compass indicator.
