John Clevland. Are sending draughts for building a ship of 74 guns in each of the Yards at Deptford and Plymouth and two by contract and for building 2 ships of 64 guns in the River by contract. The draught for the 74 gun ships is similar to the dimensions of the Dublin, Norfolk and Shrewsbury except for the length which is like that of the Superbe, Bellona and Dragon. Are also sending two different propositions for the number and nature of guns
