Are required to provide stores necessary for refitting and cleaning six ships of the 3rd Rate, 6 of the 4th and the same number of frigates to have them in readiness to go under convoy as directed. The Crown can be put into readiness sooner than one hired so propose she is ordered to receive the stores instead of loading for Gibraltar, as freight is easier to procure for that place
