John Clevland. The widow of Captain Michell, late Commander of the Kingsfisher, has applied for dispensation as his accounts have never come to her. His accounts were carried ashore at Calcutta and destroyed by the enemy setting fire to the town and there is no imprest against him. Have no objection to dispensation upon affidavit
