John Clevland. The Princess Caroline Hospital ship is very leaky and needs caulking. The Sheerness Officers were ordered to repair her without docking but they inform us that the leaks are so low that they cannot be stopped. Propose she is ordered to Chatham as the dock at Sheerness is not large enough to receive her, to strip off her sheathing which has been on since 1741.
