Description

Thomas Corbett. Captain Balchen of the Pembroke, asks if his Master, Owen Griffiths, now a witness in the investigation into the late action in the Mediterranean, is allowed to return to the ship once the hearing is over. The Admiralty have ordered no replacement of the Master but Robert Darby has been appointed and is on his way to the ship. Ask if he should he be recalled
