Thomas Corbett. Lawrence Millichamp, Purser of the Tryal Sloop, complains that his victualling accounts are held up, even though there is an Admiralty order to pass them without reference to Captain Cheap's books, because Captain Murray's accounts are not available. Opine that as Mr Millichamp's accounts have not been received at the Victualling Office, they cannot be cleared by the Board. Once he has met the requirements of the Navy Office, the absence of accounts from Captains Cheap and Murray can be ignored
