Leewards: Forwards a copy of rule 16 of the Prison Rules and Regulations concerning the admission of the child of a female prisoner into prison. Also includes rule 126a concerning the procedure for dealing with pregnant female prisoners, who may deliver near the end of their sentence requiring them to be detained beyond the term of their imprisonment.
