Leewards: Reports detaining 45 year old Hugo Fietz, a Commercial Traveller from Hamburg and the only German subject in the colony. Explains that Fietz's request to be allowed to leave Antigua had been rejected. Asks to be told by telegraph if the Colonial Office would consider giving him permission to leave.
