Declaration by the French king in concert with the empress queen, the empress of Russia, the king of Sweden and the king of Poland/elector of Saxony proposing a peace congress at Augsburg. These powers have already named their plenipotentiaries and invite the kings of Britain and Prussia to do the same. Dated at Paris and signed by the duke of Choiseul. Followed by a note in English: 'The same declaration from the empress queen, the empress of Russia, the king of Sweden and the king of Poland elector of Saxony was made at Paris at the same time, signed by their respective ministers at that court, and delivered at the same time with this by Prince Galitzen.' ff. 69, 70
