Description

Refers to the Court of Oyer and Terminer held by his special commission for the trial of the remaining 'insurgents' in custody; transmits a list of names of the persons who have appeared before that court, with sentences passed on them; also encloses a list of names of convicted criminals, both 'coloured' and white, still remaining in custody, thinks would be advisable to send some away; wants to restore property to Louis Papin and Fulcrand Magneval, as long as they leave British dominions.
