Draft; refers to condition of Government House; King approves of Green respited the sentences of the three white men and has directed him to pardon them on condition of their being transported out of King's Dominions for the rest of their lives, and will have recourse to same means used with respect to the convicted 'coloured' people; further reference to trial outcomes; Black Corps and 200 enslaved men purchased to complete the Black Corps.
