Description

Reports that tranquility continues in Grenada; refers to military and Black Corps and enslaved persons; encloses joint resolution from the Council and Assembly on Black Corps additions; recommends Mr Adye for position as attorney general; scarcity of provisions in Grenada; transmits the return of the forfeited estates in Grenada and a return of the like nature, to the Lords Commissioners of His Majesty's Treasury [not in item]; transmits an account of the contingent expenses of Grenada from 10 March 1797 to 24 June 1797 [not in item].
