Description

Acknowledges receipt of letter; refers to court of Oyer and Terminer; refers to measures to be adopted of sending away some enslaved people who have been convicted of taking an active part in the 'revolt', and of sending away several free persons 'chiefly coloured' who have accepted King's pardon, on condition of 'banishing' themselves from the British Dominions; changes to the military; expenses for repairs.
