Forwards President Forth's report that the lighthouse at Grand Turk will be sufficiently completed by 1 September for a naval surveyor to give a specification of the position and appearance of the light. It is expected that it will be complete and in operation by 1 October. Turks and Caicos No. 26, folios 283-285
