Short title: Chisholme v Hewitt.

Document type: two answers.

Plaintiffs: James Chisholme.

Defendant: James Hewitt Massey Dawson and wife, Mary Massey Dawson, Mary Dennis, William Leonard, Bank of England and East India Company.

Amended by an order dated 14 Jun 1803: Eliza Jane Dawson and James Massey Dawson added as defendants,

Revived Michaelmas 1803, Revived Hilary 1805, Revived and Supplementary bill Easter 1835 plaintiffs name Dawson and Revived and Supplementary bill Easter 1830 plaintiffs name Dawson.
