Description

Short title: Cook v Weeley.

Document type: bill and two answers.

Plaintiffs: Samuel Cook.

Defendants: John Weeley, Samuel Weeley (the son), Elizabeth Brooks, George March, Catherine March and Samuel Weeley (the heir at law).

Amended by an order dated 3 July 1800: John Ablitt and Kitty Ablitt his wife added as defendants, Catherine March removed as defendant.

Revived and Supplementary bill Michaelmas 1806.
