Description

Clavering to Holdernesse: the landgrave will probably go to Brunswick and then to Lübeck. Although Clavering has asked him to keep them in Rinteln, he is sending his guards to Ulsen in the duchy of Lüneburg. The army is encamped between Geismar and Cassel. The landgrave has now decided to keep his guards in Rinteln until the enemy enters Westphalia. Dated at Rinteln. ff. 40-42
