The action [at Massem] and the fall of Ghent. He encloses a copy of a letter from Moltke to Königsegg [SP 87/17/105]. Moltke was refused passage through Sluys, and Cumberland has asked Trevor to take it up with the states [general]. He encloses a copy of a letter from Fawkener to Trevor on that occasion [SP 87/17/107]. He encloses a copy of the terms of the capitulation of the citadel of Ghent [SP 87/17/111].
