Description

Königsegg to the states general of the united provinces: reply to their letter of 26 May [SP 87/17/49]. Being confined to bed with gout, he invited Cumberland, Waldeck etc. to a council. It recommended a vigorous defence of the citadel, with reasons given. ff. 111-113
