To prove that there is no shortage of fodder, he encloses a proposal [SP 87/11/77] from a contractor. Necessity of bringing up artillery. Hospitals should be established at Coblenz and Mainz. He pleads to be allowed to use the troops. Dated at Aix-la-Chapelle. ff. 160-173
