Description

Memorial by Stair for Arenberg and Neipperg: disposition of the British, Hanoverian and Hessian troops, which will all move immediately. As soon as the rivers are ice-free, artillery will be brought up the Rhine to Coblenz. Dated at Brussels. ff. 11, 12
