Stair to Carteret: once the biscuit and hand-mills are provided, there will be nothing to prevent an advance on Paris. He encloses a letter [SP 87/10/45 from his old friend M Hop of Amsterdam, and his answer [SP 87/10/46]. His meeting and conversation with Hop. He encloses a copy [SP 87/10/47] of his letter to Prince William of Hesse. As soon as Holland puts troops in the field, Arenberg will present a memorial urging a diversion. Resolution of the [grand] pensionary and Maria Theresa. Dated at The Hague. ff. 93-95
