Stair to Carteret: slow progress of the Hanoverians and Hessians. Bread wagons have been mustered at Brussels. He has ordered an advance of money to the officers. Dr Sandilands and necessaries for the hospital. His conversation with General Cronstrom, who foresees no difficulty in taking le Havre. When Holland has voted to put troops in the field, Arenberg will press for a diversionary action. Movements of the French and Austrians in Germany and Bohemia. He encloses copies of his letters to the marquis de St Gil [Spanish ambassador] [SP 87/10/41] and Count Königseck [SP 87/10/42]. Dated at The Hague. ff. 86-88
