Stair to Carteret: he has been reading General Wade's paper objecting to his plans to attack Paris and le Havre, and protests that he is over-cautious. Support from prominent Dutchmen. He encloses despatches from Dresden, which court he has advised that the king may take their troops into his pay, and the abstract of a letter he considers 'very important' [?SP 87/10/32]. He encloses letters from the court at Vienna and from Count Königseck [SP 87/10/33]. He welcomes the decision to raise the siege of Prague. Dated at The Hague. ff. 67-70
