Arenberg has informed Neipperg of the march of the Hanoverians and Hessians. Dated at The Hague. Ps. that Arenberg has requested that Harrack be informed of the march of the Hanoverians and Hessians, and that he has written to Colonel Bland accordingly. ff. 61, 62
