Ligonier's notes on his meetings with Neipperg and Arenberg: difficulties of an attack on Dunkirk raised by Colonel Lascelles' report. The king directs them instead to consider means of preventing Maillebois from returning to France. If this should not be possible, they should consider other plans for the army, with which the king plans to be present. ff. 46, 47
