Stair to Carteret: the messenger has been sent to Cassel, and he is sure that Prince William will march as soon as possible, together with the Hanoverians. Count Neipegg will meet them at the Maas. The Dutch have agreed to supply artillery. He encloses a memorial to the states general [SP 87/10/3]. His letter from Sir William Younge, secretary at war. Need for enlargement of the hospital. Maillebois' march continues. Dated at The Hague. Ps. that he has written to [Thomas] Villiers and Count Königseck, and received a letter, copy enclosed [SP 87/10/2] from Colonel Graeme at Prague. PPS. that the Dutch have agreed to send commissaries to Dunkirk. ff. 1-3
