Notes on meeting of Stair, Arenberg and Neiperg: Arenberg to ask the pensionary for artillery. Fenélon has said the English can undertake nothing for want of artillery. There is sufficient if the gun-carriages are sound; if not, naval ones could be used. Because of the shortage of hussars, the free companies of the low countries should be augmented and mounted. Time is short but money can surmount this. Dated at The Hague. ff. 257, 258
