He encloses a copy [SP 87/9/98] of a letter he has had sent to Berlin [by Count Otto Christoph von Podewils]; he has also given a copy to Count Sinzheim. Conversation with Sinzheim on the future of Bavaria and peace negotiations with Maria Theresa, for which he has given him a 'project' [SP 87/9/99] He encloses a copy of a letter by Sinzheim to the emperor at Frankfurt [-am-Main]. His conversation with Fenélon. He encloses a memorial on the privateers [SP 87/9/100]. The French have no knowledge of the Hanoverians and Hessians. Dated at The Hague. ff. 203-207
