The British and Austrian troops in the Netherlands should not move until the Germans are ready to join them, when a rendezvous can be named. He proposes an attack on Dunkirk. Need for artillery and engineers. His meeting with Count Sinzheim. The elector of Cologne has offered troops to the Dutch. Königseck at Prague. Dated at The Hague. ff. 174-177
