His conversation with the pensionary on Dunkirk, etc. He encloses a letter [SP 87/9/78] and memorial [SP 87/9/79] from Prince William of Hesse, together with a previous letter from the prince [SP 87/9/75, 76] and one from Stair to him [SP 87/9/77].
