He encloses letters [SP 87/9/55, 56] from the two electors. The emperor's letter to Count Sinzheim. Stair's willingness to give up his appointment. He encloses a copy [SP 87/9/57] of a paper he has given Count Sinzheim. His conversation with the Spanish ambassador. Dated at The Hague. ff. 109-112
