The cardinal [Fleury] is uncertain what to do, but when he decides it will determine how the king is to use his own and the Hessian troops. There has been no answer to the demand [to the Dutch] to appoint commissaries to inspect Dunkirk. Dated at The Hague. ff. 78, 79
