Stair to Carteret: the amended memorial has destroyed his own and Trevor's credibility at The Hague. His meetings with Opdam, the pensionary and the deputies of Amsterdam. Four of the provinces have declared for the promotion of the prince of Orange. [Count Otto Christoph von] Podewils' notification to the states of the peace between Prussia and Austria. He encloses a copy of a letter from Count [Heinrich von] Podewils the minister to Count [Otto Christoph von] Podewils 'here' [SP 87/9/7]. Dated at The Hague. ff. 10-13
