Description

John Clevland. The Boatswain of the Phoenix Hospital ship has complained about the Cook for coming on board drunk and insulting him. Captain Cockburne one of the Regulating Captains reports they are both drunken fellows. The Cook has been dismissed and ask whether the Boatswain should not be dismissed as well
