Description

John Clevland. Captain Clarke of the Ludlow Castle at Virginia informs that if he is to continue abroad he will be obliged to heave the ship down in the spring for sheathing and asks for sheathing board, a set of careening gear and a supply of stores. Ask if she will stay and whether there will be a convoy for the stores
