John Clevland. Colonel Paterson has applied to the Master of the Storeship bound to Jamaica to take 400 suits of Marine clothing on board which has been refused for want of room. All the ships hired to take stores to Jamaica have left for the Downes and are too full to take the clothing. Propose they are sent by private merchant ship under the first convoy for Jamaica
