John Clevland. Captain Boyle has applied to be paid his own and his servant's wages for the Badger Crown and Jason without passing any accounts as he commanded them for a very short time. The Jason and Crown were in petty warrant during the time he commanded them and have no objection to his being paid without passing an account but the Badger Sloop was in commission so he should pass an account for her
