Description

John Clevland. Messrs. Thomas and Henry Mills have re-applied for convoy for their vessels used to transport timber from Gatcomb on their Plymouth contract. Thomas Warwick, Master of the Delight Sloop, one of the vessels they employ has informed them that the Alderney Sloop, appointed to convoy his vessel from Bristol to Plymouth, is now ordered to accompany the Prince Edward thither which detains him 10 or 14 days which increases his expenses
