John Clevland. The St. Ann armed vessel is to be docked at Chatham or Sheerness but since she needs a large repair and the Torrington is being fitted at Sheerness and as the four docks at Chatham are filled by the Lenox, Princess Royal, Deptford and Anson, there is no dock left to receive the St. Ann. Propose she is ordered up the River for repair at a merchant dock.
