Description

John Clevland. The Board of Ordnance are to pay for the shipping spared to them for their Service. Mr Boddington has written informing us that they do not think they are authorized to enter into any Charterparty for shipping. The Masters of the several transports put into their service have applied to us for imprest bills for 2 months freight before they can proceed. Ask if the Board of Ordnance should pay the imprest and the freight
