Pilots acquainted with the river Embs are to be sent on board the Preston and Dover and others onto the Burford, Norwich, Princess Amelia and Dublin to take them from the Nore to Spithead. Trinity House inform us that pilots were sent to the four ships to go to Spithead but they have no pilots for the Preston and Dover
