Copy letter from Mr Bucknall, Master Shipwright at Plymouth. Captain Moore of the Unicorn has complained to the Admiralty that I neglected my duty to fit masts for that ship. The masts were removed when he applied to me and he was told the masts for the Pembroke, Rochester, Prince Frederick and Amazon were in hand as well. His masts will be set in tomorrow
