Commodore Holmes informs that the Grafton, returning to Europe and Mr Kittoe, appointed to act as Naval Storekeeper at Halifax, is Purser of her, he has appointed George Lewis, his secretary, to act in his place. If Mr Lewis is to continue as Storekeeper, we will need to ask him for proper security as we had to do for Mr Kittoe
