John Clevland. Lieutenant Crow of the Lancaster has asked for some vouchers to be dispensed with to clear the imprest against him for raising men for the Service. We cannot be sure without his Captain's certificate whether any other officer was employed in this service which is necessary to comply with the Order. The Captain is now dead and a similar affidavit has been accepted on other Lieutenants' accounts and opine it can be dispensed with
