Copy letter from Commissioner Cooper at Chatham to the Board. 174 shipwrights came in with the men this morning and in the afternoon there were 254. Thirty Marines were posted at the gate last night and 30 men from the camp. A Corporal's Guard joined the rounders in patrolling the Yard at night. The Chatham Yacht which was sent with the riotous men arrived from the Nore. The 11 men named in the margin have boarded the Royal Sovereign as the Wager had sailed.
